Imagine a person talking to your face and their breath just can't make you concentrate!

I know right?

Bad breath can be caused by a lot of factors including diseases, foods & other spices or sometimes happens a person doesn't know how to properly clean their mouth.

See how simple you can totally remove that stink and keep a fresh breath.

Brush your teeth without a hurry!

Brush your teeth at least twice with a proper toothpaste for at least two minutes ensuring to brush teeth, tongue, under tongue as well as upper mouth. After that use cold water to freshen up your mouth and use a mouthwash of your choice for extra fresh breath. You can play your favourite song to enjoy the process!

Every night ensure to floss after brushing teeth as it removes tartar between your teeth and use mouthwash too as it will prevent any mouth diseases. Flosses are cheap and available.

            Baking soda and toothpaste

This home remedy does almost everything and you need it to help your teeth nourishment and fresh breath

1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Toothpaste
Toothbrush
After you have assembled everything, follow the below:

Mix baking soda with the usual amount of toothpaste you use and get a thick paste in a mini bowl and
Place this on the toothbrush and brush your teeth. do not use this everyday.

As I said in our previous post, you don't really need to spend so much to look gorgeous. We say baking soda because as your toothpaste cleanses your teeth, the baking soda will work its magic to solve your problem of bad breath quickly and efficiently.
Just make sure the toothbrush is not very soft neither too hard but stable enough to remove all the dirt in your  mouth. If its too hard for sure your gum will bleed, if its too soft well, you are basically just massaging yourself nothing more.

Please note that sometimes we tend to ignore this persistence of the "smell" as we call it. Most of the time this is cause by being ill, I suggest you see a doctor and use prescribed medicines/toothpaste as a solution.

Eat less junk foods for healthier teeth.

N.B; Don't forget to carry mint gum, there are a lot of sugar free gums you can get in any mini supermarket, carry them always in your pocket/bag to help maintain fresh breath all day.
If chewing is not your thing, get a Tic Tack it's always better.
