Whether you are a doctor or a constructor, a teacher or a sales man I am sure the one thing we can all agree on is Sweat is among the things that are super uncomfortable in our day to day life especially when you are wearing something like satin or linen materials which shows exactly where you don't want to be seen, I am sure you can relate...

I am talking about armpits, back, waist and sometimes hands..... all the places that you don't want to be looked at. Lucky for you "FALIBE"GOT YOUR BACK!
So let's talk about natural ways to stop this annoying sweat without spending a single cent on deodorants and sprays

Apple cider vinegar/ white vinegar

Vinegar  can kill bacteria and close pores and relieve sweating and bad odor... a little too scientific?

Lets break it down!

Apply vinegar once a day on the areas you sweat a lot. All you need to do is soak a cotton pad in a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water (small amount) then use it to clean the areas on your skin, where you sweat a lot and make sure you do this treatment every night before you go to sleep and after a week or two you'll start seeing results. It will help to dry out and sweat less.

Using a proper deodorant/ antiperspirants.

Sometimes the deodorants we use can cause excessive sweating and discoloring shirts so its good to buy an  appropriate product for your problem. Depending on your problem, you may either need deodorant and antiperspirants, or you may need to talk to your doctor about more powerful prescription anti-perspirant products on the market.

OKAY! BEFORE YOU BITE MY NECK WHAT I MEANT WAS THERE ARE SPECIFIC VERY HELPFUL TYPES OF DEODORANTS, NOT ALL OF THEM ARE GOOD FOR THIS!

If you've got a problem with body odor , you need to use deodorant that uses gentle, natural ingredients that will mask the odor, and practice other good hygiene practices that will remedy the problem.

Wear breathable fabrics!

Wearing light clothes keeps the temperature down and the air flowing to help reduce sweat levels as well as smell. You are advised to wear co fomrttable  underclothers
as cotton

Proper diet

Your diet can also influence your health, your physique, and your sweat levels. Eating certain foods can make you sweat more than normal. Avoiding other foods can help you sweat less. Stay Hydrated: Aside from keeping you alive, water provides other useful benefits. In this instance, it helps cool your body. Lower core temperature means your body doesn’t have to sweat as much to release extra heat. On the other hand, dehydration can lead to more sweating. familiarize yourself to drink plenty of water and you’ll sweat a lot less.

Avoid Spicy Foods: Your body reacts to spicy food the same way it would to a hot, sunny day. It makes you sweat, even if the outside temperature is cold.

I hope you found this useful.....
